Rooted & Ready is an interactive 5-hour childbirth education class designed to help expectant parents and their support partners feel informed, prepared, and confident for labor, birth, and the early postpartum period.
Throughout the class, you’ll learn what to expect during each stage of labor, practice comfort measures and labor positions, explore pain-management options including epidurals, discuss birth preferences and informed decision-making, and prepare for pushing, cesarean birth, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding basics, and newborn care.
The experience also includes guidance from a chiropractor, pelvic floor physical therapist, and perinatal mental health therapist, giving families a well-rounded approach to physical and emotional wellness before and after birth.
This class is hands-on, supportive, and practical—not just a lecture. Expect partner exercises, demonstrations, real-life birth scenarios, a short Q&A session, helpful take-home resources, and a raffle drawing.
