Prenatal/Postpartum Lactation Support
from $75.00

Feeding your baby should feel supported, not stressful. Whether you’re preparing during pregnancy, navigating the early days postpartum, or working through unexpected challenges, compassionate and evidence-based lactation care can make all the difference.

Our lactation support services are designed to help families meet their feeding goals with confidence. We provide individualized, in-home guidance that centers your values, your body, and your baby.

Every visit includes assessment, education, and a clear, realistic plan so you leave feeling empowered — not overwhelmed.

Prenatal Lactation Planning

Preparing before birth can significantly improve early feeding outcomes. Prenatal sessions focus on:

  • Understanding how milk production works

  • What to expect in the first 72 hours

  • Hand expression techniques

  • Building a postpartum feeding plan

  • Identifying risk factors for supply challenges

Proactive preparation often reduces anxiety and increases confidence once baby arrives.

Postpartum Lactation Support

Lactation support is most effective in your own environment. During visits, we observe a full feeding, assess infant oral function and milk transfer, and provide hands-on guidance tailored to your unique situation. Follow-up communication ensures continued support between visits. The initial visit will last up to 2 hours with each visit after lasting about 1 hour.

A Judgment-Free Approach

While human milk is physiologically optimal in most circumstances, we believe parents deserve support without pressure or shame. Our role is to provide accurate information, practical tools, and steady guidance — so you can make informed decisions that align with your family’s needs.

You do not have to figure this out alone. If you’re ready for skilled, compassionate lactation support, we would be honored to walk alongside you.
