A postpartum doula will offer guidance, support and information to start you off on your parenthood journey with confidence.
Postpartum Support includes:
Non-medical physical and emotional support
Breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding support
Helping you prioritize your postpartum healing
A listening ear as you process your birth and ease into parenting
Assistance with infant care, feeding, soothing and coping skills for new parents
Assistance with adjusting to new family roles, supervising other children
Household organization support: light meals, running brief errands, laundry, tidying and dish-washing
Referrals and resources to support groups, caregivers, etc.
Each visit is 8 hours and can be scheduled for daytime assistance (8:00am to 4:00pm) or overnight assistance (9:00pm to 5:00am), your doula maintains flexibility in their schedule to best accommodate the changing needs of your family. Schedule 1 visit as needed, or schedule for multiple visits. It’s completely up to you!
Daytime: $450.00 | Overnight: $375.00
